Capify is one of Australia’s leading alternative lenders for small business, providing fast and flexible funding solutions across a range of industries. When they partnered with us, their goal was clear: build a website experience that balances trust, clarity and performance—and does the heavy lifting for lead generation.

We worked with Capify to redesign and redevelop the website, focusing on user experience and high conversion performance. Speed, clarity and accessibility were key—whether a small business owner was browsing funding options or halfway through a loan application.

Project Details

Our UX design process was rapid and data-informed, incorporating user flow analysis and CRO best practices. We integrated natural language search via Inbenta to allow users to ask questions in plain English—improving navigation and increasing time on site.

The project also included deep integration with key marketing and support systems:

  • Salesforce for lead management and CRM
  • Zendesk for a custom help centre
  • IBM for marketing automation workflows
  • Trustpilot and Google Reviews to support transparency and social proof

We didn’t just build the platform—we’ve also played a central role in its performance, managing Capify’s Google Ads account across high-budget campaigns, scaling up to $1 million in Google ad spend. Our paid strategy is tightly aligned with landing page performance, ensuring continuity between ad messaging, UX, and conversion goals.

With ongoing optimisation, technical support and search strategy, we’ve helped position Capify as a trusted and visible player in the small business lending space. This project is a great example of what we do best—combine smart design, powerful integrations, and data-driven marketing to drive real business outcomes.
